We are a Memphis-based organization that partners locally and nationally with families, schools, and communities to navigate diverse challenges in supporting kids with unique needs. We provide parent coaching, family advocacy, school consulting, and community liaison services.
BEHAVIOR TRAINING & PARENT WORKSHOPS
Facilitate workshops or provide one-on-one parent coaching to improve systems, routines, and behavior to create stronger home environments and improve parent/child relationships
SCHOOL SEARCH
Advocate for the development of ILP, IEP, 504, or IFSP and support families with accommodations, meetings, and ongoing monitoring of resources and goals
STAFF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Train school staff to recognize early signs of learning and behavioral disorders and provide concrete tools to support challenging student behaviors
SECURING FUNDING & THERAPY SUPPORTS
Help apply for and access state and local therapy services and funding for medical and educational expenses (TEIS, IEA, Katie Beckett)
INDIVIDUAL EDUCATION PLAN ADVOCACY
Working with both families and schools to form engaged partnerships that improve support for students with learning and behavioral differences.
STRONG PARENT/SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP
Assist parents and school staff in building more positive partnerships to build stronger pathways of support
DECISION-MAKING & ACCOUNTABILITY
Work with parents on decision-making, prioritization, and accountability from concern to action plan to implementation of next steps
PROVIDER & EVALUATION PROCESS NAVIGATION
Find best-fit doctors, therapists, and tutors, and assist with navigating evaluation processes and treatment plans, and leveraging provider services
