At All Children Excel, we strive to make our coaching services accessible to all families while sustaining our services. We do not accept insurance, but our services can be reimbursed through the Katie Beckett Waiver.

We also offer a sliding scale for our coaching call fees based on household income and family size, using current Federal Poverty Levels (FPL) as guidance. Families are welcome to choose the tier that best reflects their financial situation. Beginning December 1st, 2025, for new clients, our standard 50-minute coaching call fee is $95 per session (Tier 3) , with reduced rates available at $50 (Tier 2) or at no cost (Tier 1). For current clients, your existing rates will remain the same through December 31, 2025. The updated pricing will take effect for you on January 1, 2026.

No documentation is required — we trust families to self-select. We reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots each month.
